The pots shown below are raku. They were made by Bruce Edmonds in the Burlington, Ontario area in the 1980’s. Bruce served as President of the Burlington Potters Guild. You will notice how the smoke created a different effect on the two different colour clays.
Bruce’s mark was a large “BE” in script. Raku pottery is not water tight.
