CANADIAN POTTERY SERIES - WAYNE TAYLOR

These are samples of the work of Wayne Taylor, who worked in Embro, Ontario. These works date to the late 1980’s. They are stoneware done in a gas reduction kiln. The top portion of the teapot has a thin light coloured slip smeared over the clay body. Wayne has used small tools, etc. to create impressed patterns on the vases.
