This unusual small paperweight shape was made by Elsa Broder (d. 2014). Elsa was a psychiatrist as well as a potter. She divided her time between Toronto and Egbert, Ontario (near Alliston) at the Funny Farm Pottery. She exhibited with the Toronto Potters Guild.
This paperweight has small white projections that are shaped like barnacles. It is not signed.
