
Norfolk Market – Consignment Policy
We are looking for quality fabrics, denims, cotton, linen, etc.
We accept higher end clothing which should be new, or nearly new, or gently used
- Seasonal, Current Style
- Women’s Clothing - Shirts, Pants, Dresses etc.
- Shoes - Like new condition - no odour/tread wear
- Accessories
Clothing Items must be brought in on hangers or neatly folded, items in garbage bags will not be accepted.
We will not accept garments with issues such as stains, tears etc.
For our initial launch, we will be accepting only women's clothing, if you're looking to consign children's or men's, please sign up for our wait list.
At the time of intake, staff will inform you of which items will be accepted.
Brands Not Accepted:
Giant Tiger, Ardene, Target, Walmart, Payless, etc. Shein, Kirkland, Forever 21
If you’re not sure, please ask.
- Items must be freshly laundered, unless new with tags, or new without tags and never worn.
- Folded or on hangers
- Free of stains, holes, or damage of any kind
A cleaning fee will be applied to every piece that needs to be laundered/ cleaned.
The standard consignment period is 75 days.
Unsold items after this period will be:
- Picked-up within 7 days after the consignment period ends, or considered unclaimed
- Donated immediately after the consignment period at your instruction
- Unclaimed items will be become property of the market, and donated to charity

Consignor 60% | Market 40%
Per item handling fee of $1.00 to cover costs of racking, labelling, prep, rotation etc. Payable at drop off (cash)
Payouts are completed on the 7th of each month, for the previous month’s sales.
A monthly consignor access fee of $4.95 applies for the following amenities of the market:
- Access online sales
- Direct deposit
- Direct booking portal for drop offs
We will set the pricing for your items.

Consignment Discount Schedule:
Day 1–15 | Full Price – New arrivals at original price
Day 16 – 29 | 10% Off – Start of age based discounts
Day 30 – 49 | 25% Off – Encourages mid-cycle sales
Day 50 – 69 | 40% Off – Encourages mid-cycle sales
Day 70 – 75 | 60% Off – Final markdown before expiration
Day 76 - 80 | 60% off – PICK UP items | Donate

Located upstairs, a new space has been designated for this, where we will intake items, and get them out to the floor quickly.

We will be partnering with a local women's shelter to donate merchandise.
