When will I receive my shipment?

We ship items between Wednesday and Friday each week. If you purchase an item over the weekend, we will confirm stock, and ship out by Thursday. Please note, we are closed Monday & Tuesdays.  We ship via Canada Post. 

 

Does the Waterford Antique Market Ship internationally?

We currently ship anywhere in Canada and the USA.

 

What happens if I input my shipping information wrong?

We assume that all customer information provided is correct. Unfortunately, we cannot change this information if the item has already shipped.  In the event an item is undeliverable due to customer error, the following options are available to the customer.

Arrange to pay for the shipping again to receive the product. 

OR:

Opt for a refund the product amount of the sale, and will we restock the item.

We cannot under any circumstances refund the shipping portion. 

 

Are there any shipping exemptions? 

Yes, we do not ship furniture. ALL furniture must be picked up in store. 

 

Why don't you ship larger items? 

Due to the expense to ship bulkier / larger products, we have only hav those items listed as picked only.
